We currently ship within the United States only. Key details:

• All orders qualify for free standard shipping.
• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Kisuva is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned to us before a refund is processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
